Today we woke up in the perfectly calm Boynuz Bükü bay. We got some fresh bread from the stone oven (for free!) had a nice breakfast on board. After filling the tank with the free water directly from the fresh water source we left the restaurant jetty and headed towards the Club Marina in Göcek. There we arrived at 11 o'clock and got a mooring space directly in front of the marina office tower (a nice two storey building with balcony around it; they can touch our bimini top from the balcony if they lean down a bit 
). The marina manager gave me directions to a mechanic in Göcek town who should be able to weld the knob head to the terminal of the gas spring (I had to look that up in google translate) that has broken off two days ago. So we took the 12 o'clock shuttle boat (free) that transfers between the Club Marina and the partner Marina Skopea in the town. We had lunch at the restaurant „Limon“ right next to Skopea Marina and I headed over to the mechanic while we were waiting for the meals. It took the guys 15 min to weld the pieces together and polish the stainless steel terminal again. And it only cost 20 TL!
After lunch we were looking for a AVEA shop in order to fix my SIM card that was not working the last two days. The outcome was that I bought a second hand turkish mobile phone for 75 TL since there is a new law allowing turkish SIM cards to work with foreign, unregistered phones only for a period of 10 days or two weeks. And to register a foreign mobile phone (with it's IMEI number) you have to pay 100 TL. So the cheap turkish phone was the better option and will even work with other turkish providers if I decide to switch next year. After this little excursion we were hunting for a playground and finally found one a bit „out of town“ and had some ice cream on the water front before heading back on the 5 o'clock shuttle boat. Now I am waiting for the SIMRAD technician (to replace/repair the chartplotter, one cockpit display and the SonicHub, the jukebox/radioa combination) who should arrive any minute now. And at 9 and 10 Iris and I will go to the Hamam for a nice 45 min treatment with foam massage
Wir sind heute morgen in der super ruhigen Bucht von Boynuz Bükü aufgewacht und haben von tonttu aus, am Steg liegend, auf das spiegelglatte Wasser hinausgeschaut. Ganz langsam sind dann auch die anderen Schiffe bzw. deren Crews aufgewacht und die Kellner haben auch erst mal selber gefrühstückt.
Als Anna zum Restaurant gelaufen ist um Brot zu holen, kam sie mit leeren Händen zurück, weil sie sich nicht getraut hat die Kellner beim Frühstück zu stören Wir haben sie dann nochmal losgeschickt und sie kam wieder mit leeren Händen zurück. Die Kellner haben ihr zu verstehen gegeben, dass es noch 5 Minuten dauert, bis das Brot fertig ist. Keine Ahnung wie die kommuniziert haben, denn von denen sprach keiner Deutsch und Annas Englischwortschatz ist halt doch noch etwas dürftig…
Auf jeden Fall haben wir das frische Frühstücksbrot schon abgeschrieben und das vom Vortag angeschnitten, da rief plötzlich jemand vom Steg aus. Tatsächlich war doch ein Kellner mit Brot zu uns gelaufen und hat es uns dann auch noch geschenkt!
Wir haben dann noch mit dem frischen Quellwasser unseren leeren kleinen Tank gefüllt und sind dann gegen 10:00 Uhr ausgelaufen. Unser Ziel war eigentlich nur um die Ecke die Club Marina in Göcek. Wir haben den etwas längeren Weg aussen um die vor Göcek liegende Insel genommen und waren um 11 Uhr dort. Erst wollte man uns einen zu kleinen Liegeplatz anbieten, aber der Marinero hat sich dann doch ohne meinen Zuspruch umentschieden und uns direkt vor/neben dem Marinatower platziert. Wir sind also gut bewacht und die Marinaleute können von ihrem Balkon aus auf unser Bimini-Top langen
Der Marinachef hat mir noch einen Tipp gegeben, wo ich in Göcek jemanden finden kann, der das Edelstahlterminal wieder schweisst aus dem der Kugelkopf herausgebrochen ist, der die Gasdruckfeder für die Heckklappe hält. Wir haben das Teil also abgeschraubt, die Buggies ausgepackt und das Marina-Shuttleboot um 12:00 Uhr nach Göcek genommen. Man kommt dann an der Skopea Marina an. Da sind wir damals mit Frank und Familie und Stefan und Mareike losgefahren. Wir waren damals auch schon mit dem Shuttleboot unterwegs um hier in der Club Marina zu essen und ins Hamam zu gehen.
Da ja Essenszeit war, sind wir gleich in dem Restaurant neben der Marina Skopea im Ort essen gegangen. Damals vor vier Jahren hat es dort ja auch schon gut geschmeckt
Ich bin nach dem Bestellen zu dem Mechaniker gelaufen und habe ihn auch prompt gefunden. Die haben das Terminal wunderbar geschweisst und poliert und ich war nach 10 Minuten wieder draussen. Und für nur 20 TL (also 8 €), ein Schnäppchen geradezu.

Nach dem Mittagessen haben wir noch einen AVEA-Shop gesucht, um herauszufinden wieso mein Telefon bzw. die SIM-Karte nicht mehr funktioniert. Es hat sich herausgestellt, dass die Türkei sehr hohe Importzölle auf Handies hat. Und damit die nicht umgangen werden können und die Leute sich einfach günstig Handies im Ausland kaufen funktionieren türkische SIM-Karten (egal von welchem Anbieter und egal ob Vertrag oder Prepaid) nur noch 10 Tage mit einem nicht mit IMEI-Nummer (für 100 TL Gebühr) registrierten ausländischen Handy. So ein Mist!
Ich habe also, statt 100 TL in einem AVEA-Shop in Fethiye zu zahlen kurzerhand ein gerbauchtes türkisches Billignokia gekauft. Damit bin ich die Sorge los, auch wenn ich nächstes Jahr evtl. eine neue SIM-Karte kaufen würde. Auf jeden Fall eine doofe Regelung, insbesondere da es diese erst seit diesem Jahr zu geben scheint und mich die Verkäufer im AVEA-Shop in Bodrum nicht darauf hingewiesen haben…
Danach haben wir noch neue Schwimmflügelchen für die Jungs gekauft, da die alten nicht mehr ganz dicht sind und haben (sehr lange, denn die Wegbeschreibungen waren nicht besonders präzise) einen Spielplatz gesucht. Der war etwas ausserhalb und wäre eigentlich sehr schön gewesen, wenn nicht so viel schon (mutwillig zerstört?) kaputt gewesen wäre. Wir sind also nur eine gute halbe Stunde geblieben, bis auch Luis wieder aus dem Mittagschlaf aufgewacht ist.
Danach wieder zurück in den Ort an die Uferpromenade und das obligatorische Landgangseis gegessen. Sehr lecker, es war Mövenpickeis und gab endlich mal wieder Zitrone bzw. Limette. Danach haben wir das 17:00 Uhr Shuttleboot wieder zurück in die Club Marina genommen. Ich habe das geschweisste Terminal wieder montiert und die Gasdruckfeder wieder eingebaut und danach haben wir die Reste vom Mittagessen (die wir uns mal wieder als Doggie-Bag haben mitgeben lassen) gegessen.
Jetzt bringt Iris die Mädels ins Bett. Ich habe gespült. Die Jungs schlafen auch schon und wir warten auf den SIMRAD-Techniker, der ja eigentlich schon zwischen 5 und 6 Uhr hätte kommen sollen, aber jetzt für 8 Uhr angesagt ist. Der soll den Chartplotter austauschen (oder „reparieren“), das SonicHub (unsere Musik und Radio-Jukebox) wieder in Gang bringen und das eine Grafikdisplay am linken Steuerstand austauschen, das immer wieder spinnt.
Der Simrad-Techniker war inzwischen da und wir sind uns (unter Computerfachleuten) recht schnell einig geworden, dass das Problem mit dem Touchscreen ein Hardwareproblem ist und der Chartplotter ausgetauscht werden muss. Leider hat er aber noch keinen dabei gehabt. Also haben wir aber zur Sicherheit noch ein Firmware-Update gemacht und er hat ein Protokoll gezogen auf seinen Laptop. Damit hofft er schnell ein Ersatzgerät genehmigt zu bekommen. Wegen des SonicHubs wird er morgen früh um 09:30 nochmal vorbei kommen und zirka 2 Stunden das Netzwerk analysieren müssen. Ich hatte ihm nämlich noch gesagt, dass wir ab und zu „no Autopilot controller“-Fehlermeldungen haben. Das hat ihn auf ein Netzwerkproblem schliessen lassen… Vielleicht wollte er aber auch einfach nur heim zu seiner Familie nach Bodrum oder Marmaris Kann ich ja auch verstehen um 21:00 Uhr!
